This notice describes the website technologies confirmed in the current implementation. It is technical information, not a legal conclusion. The organization should review applicability, retention, rights, and final wording with qualified counsel.
Information and services
When you submit an attendee or vendor inquiry, the fields in that form are sent over HTTPS to Web3Forms for delivery. The site does not intentionally send form values to analytics, advertising, replay, or unrelated services.
The site may load Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics only after Analytics consent is enabled. The embedded Google map is treated as an optional Functional feature and remains unloaded until that category is enabled. Advertising is not currently configured.
Your choices
Optional categories are off until you choose them. Use Cookie Preferences in the footer to review or change your selection. A Global Privacy Control signal is recorded and prevents Analytics and Advertising activation in this implementation.
Review items
Provider retention, form recipient practices, deployment-level injections, legal applicability, and any rights-request process require organization or counsel review.
